the staff was always ready to help, offering suggestions and directions. the room had a unique design with beautiful wooden floors. i also appreciated the complimentary items available, like water and snacks (it was a nice touch).
the initial search for the hotel was a bit difficult, as it is somewhat hidden. my bed was a bit small. there was no lobby (it was not a deal-breaker, but still).
