absent lobby loud street noise
The absence of a proper lobby was noticeable. My "Beautiful Double Room" felt a bit cramped, specifically the closet space. I had some difficulty finding room for all my clothing. the noise from the street was quite loud at night, despite the white noise machine..

The staff are so nice. They showed me around the whole place. The building is secure and needs a bell ring to get in. The rooms are beautiful and super clean.

the staff was always ready to help, offering suggestions and directions. the room had a unique design with beautiful wooden floors. i also appreciated the complimentary items available, like water and snacks (it was a nice touch).
the initial search for the hotel was a bit difficult, as it is somewhat hidden. my bed was a bit small. there was no lobby (it was not a deal-breaker, but still).
